What we did
Sealed envelope with dehumidification on a humidistat, remote monitoring on water and power, an automated perimeter gate with backup supply, and finishes chosen to tolerate months of closed-up humidity without mould.
Outcome
Three seasons unattended with no moisture damage and no security incidents.
