Can I hire you for one service instead of the whole build?
Yes. Architecture and permitting, 3D rendering, remodeling and gate work are all available standalone. The advantage of bundling design and construction is that the drawing set gets built by the people who have to price and execute it, which removes most of the ambiguity that generates change orders.
Do you work with clients who are not in Costa Rica?
Most of ours are not. We run projects for remote owners with weekly photo and cost reporting, rendered decisions instead of on-site ones, and a bilingual point of contact who is physically on the job. Visualization and reporting exist precisely so distance is not a disadvantage.
Which service should I start with?
If you own the lot, start with architecture and permitting — the uso de suelo and slope conditions determine what is buildable before anything else matters. If you have not bought yet, start with a feasibility read on the lot you are considering. It is the cheapest hour you will spend on the project.
